Thanksgiving 2011
Thanksgiving began with an early celebration in Sacramento...
...later in the week a drive to Pismo Beach
to celebrate Jim's Birthday
..and another drive down the coast to Rachel's at Playa del Rey.
Rachel prepared the Thanksgiving feast.

A few days later we drove to Santa Paula to see the Acevedo family.

Later on, we headed for Ojai for playground fun and family pictures:
Back in Santa Paula, baby Alex was all laughs.
The gigantic blooming poinsettia bush was a reminder that Christmas was coming soon.
