Final preparations for Mikayla's arrival began in April
when Monica hosted a Special Delivery Baby Shower.

While Shane opened presents, Tanya kept a detailed record and
Phyllis learned a few photography tricks. Helena,
Wyatt, and Tyler played as Grandma Mary watched.
A few weeks later Jeff celebrated his 28th birthday.
His favorite birthday present, Mikayla Marie, arrived on May 8th.
Everyone rejoiced and jumped into action.
Mikayla bonded with her Mom and Dad, relatives and friends.
She was also quick to make friends with another baby girl, Chloe.
