THE FAREWELL CELEBRATION 2012
Mom taught all of us to treasure our family life.
Every one of her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren
attended her farewell ceremonies.
The Farewell Celebration began with a rosary at the Carmelite Monastery
where Mom had volunteered for over fifty years.
I had the honor of leading the rosary.
Family and friends also joined at a visitation at the Lima Family Santa Clara Mortuary
Fr. John Poncini presided at the funeral Mass at St. Clare's Church in Santa Clara.
Caitlin and Jack Shannon assisted as altar servers.

Tony Lighty, Jeff and Joe Collins, Sean Shannon. Mike and David Lighty were the pallbearers. I gave the eulogy. After the Mass, everyone attended the interment at the Santa Clara Mission Cemetery.
