April to June
By April the weather was warm enough for the beach.
Wyatt napped in the RV on the way there and was ready to fly a kite when we arrived.
Barbara, Jim, and Maggie took turns walking Wyatt to the surf
when he wasn't busy pulling Ellen's hair.
As summer neared, Wyatt joined us for a bon voyage send off
for Shane and Jeff as they boarded their cruise ship.
By the end of May we were in Chico celebrating teacher credential awards
for Maggie and her friends Michelle, Alicia, and Alisa.
In early June, after the prom in May, Joe graduated from Wheatland High School. Maggie and Jason, Ellen, and Jeff joined Barbara and me and all of Joe's friends in the celebration.
Back in Chico we joined Monica and Mike, and Godparents, Kim and Gregg, for Tyler's baptism...
...before joining Wyatt and Steve for a trip to the desert for some cross country dirt biking.
